Hybrid Auth System in AlgoTron: Invite-Only Access with Flexible Login

Hybrid Auth System in AlgoTron: Invite-Only Access with Flexible Login

Hybrid Auth System: A New Access Layer

We have completed another important milestone from the AlgoTron roadmap — the Hybrid Auth System. This update introduces a controlled invite-only access model while preserving flexibility in how users sign in to the platform.

AlgoTron remains a private community-driven platform. Access is intentionally restricted to maintain platform stability, infrastructure quality, and controlled growth.

Invite-Only by Design

Registration in AlgoTron is available only via referral code. This rule applies to all entry points and all authentication methods.

A referral code:

  • Is mandatory for first-time registration
  • Can be obtained for free through official community channels
  • Does not limit platform functionality after registration

Multiple Authentication Methods

The Hybrid Auth System supports several login options, allowing users to choose the most convenient entry point while keeping a unified account model:

  • Email and password
  • OAuth providers (Google, GitHub, Microsoft, Slack)
  • Telegram Mini App authentication

Regardless of the method used, all authentication flows are tied to a single internal user identity.

Telegram Mini App: Full Account Control

AlgoTron can be accessed directly from Telegram as a Mini App. Despite the simplified entry flow, the system preserves full account control:

  • Users can log out from the Telegram Mini App
  • The same device can be used to sign in as a different user
  • Telegram authentication does not lock the session to a single identity

This ensures that Telegram login behaves the same way as classic web authentication, without hidden session coupling.

Where to Get a Referral Code

Referral codes are distributed openly through the AlgoTron community. You can always obtain one for free via:

What This Changes

The Hybrid Auth System provides:

  • Controlled access without friction
  • Consistent behavior across all login methods
  • Clear separation between authentication and user identity
  • A foundation for future role-based access and permissions

This update strengthens platform integrity while keeping user experience predictable and transparent.

More roadmap milestones are coming soon.
