At AlgoTron, we take your privacy and the security of your trading assets very seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
1. Information We Collect
Account Data: If you register via Telegram, we process your Telegram ID, username, and avatar. If you choose email registration, we store your email address.
Technical Data: We collect IP addresses, browser type (User-Agent), and use Cookies/Local Storage to save your interface preferences (e.g., theme, sound, and vibration settings).
Trading Data: To provide our services, we store your exchange API keys.
2. Encryption and Security
Your security is our top priority.
API Key Protection: All exchange API keys are stored in an encrypted format in a secure PostgreSQL database.
Access Control: Access to your encrypted keys is restricted to a dedicated microservice. Neither employees nor third parties have access to your raw API keys or passwords.
Data Integrity: All sensitive information, including Telegram bot tokens and internal passwords, is strictly encrypted.
3. Data Usage
We process user data solely to operate the AlgoTron software platform, including:
- Executing user-defined technical instructions on connected third-party services
- Providing system notifications and execution status updates
- Maintaining platform security and functionality
AlgoTron does not analyze user data to provide investment advice, recommendations, or signals. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and improve user experience.
Payments: In the future, we may use third-party payment gateways (e.g., CryptoCloud). These providers have their own privacy policies regarding your transaction data.
Infrastructure: Our servers are located in Germany, ensuring high data protection standards.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active.
If you decide to delete your account, all associated data (including encrypted API keys and personal information) will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 calendar days.
6. Age Restrictions
The AlgoTron service is strictly for users 18 years of age and older. By using this platform, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
